A new bill, a Bill Would Prevent Immigration Inquiry by Officer. Illegal immigration has always been one of the nation's main focuses.

As an immigrant, I enjoyed the benefits that were grant to us and also encountered the hazels of being an immigrant. Should immigrants be questioned whether his or her status is legit? In my opinion, procedures need to be followed and witnesses should be treated equally regardless their legal status.  If a person's words can be used as evidence in court, this person's being should be also recognized at valid. In order for those illegal immigrations to step up and help criminal justice, punishment should be pardoned.
Border free migration date is long gone. Governments created pages immigration policies makes moving from country to country more difficult. Many immigrants find a way to bypass this enforced laws. Whether should they enjoy the benefits and practice the same duty just like regular legal civilians is debatable. However preventing illegal crossing border is more important than deporting.
